Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Assist clients with any kind of questions or concerns.
- Handle client’s complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Document client interactions accurately and maintain records in our system.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and contribute to team goals.
- Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally.
- File and Scan internal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Perform all other clerical tasks
Ability to prioritize and multitask

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.46 – $27.00 per hour
