Online Chat Representative

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist clients with any kind of questions or concerns.
  • Handle client’s complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Document client interactions accurately and maintain records in our system.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the client experience and contribute to team goals.
  • Handling customer feedback and resolving complaints professionally.
  • File and Scan internal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Perform all other clerical tasks

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.46 – $27.00 per hour
