Customer Service

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Update customer accounts and records.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.

Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
